Pack your necklace securely and send it to us - or drop it off in person if you live nearby. We register the jewelery and take photos as documentation.

2) Assessment and price estimate

A professional assesses the damage and contacts you with a clear price estimate and expected delivery time. We will only get started once you have approved.

3) Repair and quality check

Depending on the damage, we solder, weld or rewire the chain. It is then reviewed for quality, durability and finish.

4) Photos, warranty and returns

When the work is finished, we take new photos and document the result. The jewelery is packed securely and sent back with a guarantee on the workmanship (typically 12 months).

What types of chains and jewelery do we repair?

Gold chain repair

Gold chains can usually be soldered or welded. The method depends on carat, wire thickness and type of fracture. Very fine chains require extra care – sometimes reinforcement or replacement of the lock is recommended.

Silver chain repair

Silver must be soldered with precise temperature and finish so that the metal retains its color. We can both solder, polish and give the chain an anti-tarnish treatment.

Pearl chain repair

Pearl chains are typically repaired by rethreading and replacing worn knots. It is recommended to have them rethreaded regularly so that the beads are not lost.

Replacement of jewelery lock

A defective lock can be quickly replaced. We have several types of locks in different materials, so that the new one fits the style and weight of the chain.
