At Beadhouse you have the option of returning your purchase for 30 days after receipt

In the portal here, you can easily buy a package label, which you can use to return goods that you have bought from beadhouse.UK You pay for your return shipment yourself directly with a credit card here in the portal.

Always remember to include your order number.

The goods must be unused and in original packaging. If you wish to exchange for another item, you must first return the items, after which we will return the amount*. You can then place a new order on the website.

NEW - Send return without label:

Now it is possible to return without using a label GLS.

GLS: You will be sent a QR code by email, which you can show downstairs in the package shop and then they will print your label for you.

You can of course also still use the regular method, buy and print your label yourself.

RETURN / CANCELLATION:

  • You are responsible for returning the item directly to the store.
  • Uncollected packages will be charged a return fee of DKK 30. Since we pay to get the package back.
  • We creditsnot the freight you may have paid for delivery.
  • Should you regret your purchase, all items can be returned and the money for the products will be refunded. You have up to 30 days right of cancellation, and this will start from the day after the order has been sent from the store to the day before it arrives in the store.
  • Purchases of Christmas presents in November and up to Christmas can be exchanged until 31 January.
  • In case of cancellation, you will be required to pay the return shipping yourself, or come down to the store with the order you would like to return. If you have to send a return, please use the box the item came in, we do not credit defective or used items.
  • It is not possible to choose another card, or other payment method, to be reimbursed for products purchased and refunded online.
  • Your goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received.
  • You must send a message with the name, sender and order number on the package/envelope.
  • In the case of goods that are returned on cash on delivery, receipt is refused and the package is returned to the sender.
  • For returned goods sent to the parcel shop, a return fee of DKK 30 will be charged.
  • You are therefore responsible for returning the item to the store.
  • When we have received the return item in good condition, we will credit the amount and return the amount to your account.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

  • We cover transport costs in connection with wrongly delivered goods. If you have received a defective item, we encourage you to contact us. We will send a return slip/postage, which you must put on the return package, so that the shipping itself does not cost you anything. A copy of the order confirmation must be placed in the box together with the item. We will of course exchange and send a new item immediately after we have received the defective item, unless otherwise agreed. It could, for example, be that you take a photo of the package which is damaged, as well as the defective goods.

WARRANTY / RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

  • As a consumer, you have two years' right to complain, which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified. Should the product, contrary to expectations, break during the complaint period, the product must be sent to us.
  • We do not cover other costs in connection with warranty or complaints.
