Frequently asked questions

Can I use the beads in textile projects that need to be washed?

It is not recommended. The Permalux surface can be changed by repeated washing, so use them in jewelry or embroidery that does not require machine washing.

Approximately how many pearls are there per grams in size 8/0?

There are approximately 42 beads per grams, depending on the tolerance in production.

Are the pearls colourfast?

They are tested for resistance to water and alcohol, but as with all surface-dyed pearls, they should be protected from prolonged chemical exposure to maintain the color.

Sustainable packaging

Our boxes are Danish produced and made from FSC-certified paper. We use biodegradable chips, they are made of corn granules - a residual product of maize. We don't send packages on Sundays!

If you order with GLS, the package will be delivered to a parcel shop near you. There is also insurance on the package and the goods you buy.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days.

PostNord
It is also possible to order by PostNord for delivery at home, or delivery, then the package will be delivered to the nearest post office or parcel box.
The delivery time is 2-3 business days.

NOTE! The delivery time for the packages is excluding the processing time so if you need to use your goods before a specific date, just notify.

Return
The return process varies depending on the delivery of return to the store. When the products arrive in the store, the return will be credited the same day and the money will come back to your account in a few days.

When returning products purchased in the store, it is only possible to get the money back at the amount of less than DKK 50.
