Maintenance

If you want to get the most out of your Preciosa pearls, store them dry and out of direct sunlight. Although the PermaLux surface is tested against water and alcohol, it is not recommended to use the surface colored beads in textile projects that require washing. Lightly wipe off dust or dirt with a soft, dry cloth after use.

8/0 indicates the pearls' standard size of approx. 2.9mm in diameter with a hole of about 0.9mm which fits most jewelry projects.

Can I wash jewelry made with these beads?

The PermaLux beads can withstand light cleaning, but should not be used in textiles or projects that are machine washed, as the color may be affected over time.

Sustainable packaging

Our boxes are Danish produced and made from FSC-certified paper. We use biodegradable chips, they are made of corn granules - a residual product of maize. Thus, waste is minimized by production and the environment is taken into account. We also use paper bags, as well as sugar cane bags. As well as FSC-certified gift boxes, write a note if you need a gift box.

We don't send packages on Sundays!

If you order with GLS, the package will be delivered to a parcel shop near you. There is also insurance on the package and the goods you buy.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days.

PostNord
It is also possible to order by PostNord for delivery at home, or delivery, then the package will be delivered to the nearest post office or parcel box.
The delivery time is 2-3 business days.

NOTE! The delivery time for the packages is excluding the processing time so if you need to use your goods before a specific date, just notify.

Return
The return process varies depending on the delivery of return to the store. When the products arrive in the store, the return will be credited the same day and the money will come back to your account in a few days.

When returning products purchased in the store, it is only possible to get the money back at the amount of less than DKK 50.
