Maintenance

If you want to get the most out of your Preciosa pearls, store them dry and out of direct sunlight. Glass is not affected by humidity, but the color lining can be changed by prolonged contact with water or chemicals. We don't send packages on Sundays!

If you order with GLS, the package will be delivered to a parcel shop near you. There is also insurance on the package and the goods you buy.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days.

PostNord
It is also possible to order by PostNord for delivery at home, or delivery, then the package will be delivered to the nearest post office or parcel box.

Return
The return process varies depending on the delivery of return to the store. When the products arrive in the store, the return will be credited the same day and the money will come back to your account in a few days.

When returning products purchased in the store, it is only possible to get the money back at the amount of less than DKK 50.
