Maintenance

Suede is best stored dry. If you want to keep the color as long as possible, you should avoid moisture, perfume and direct sunlight. If the cord becomes dusty, it can be lightly brushed with a dry cloth.

Can I use the cord for a necklace?

Yes. Cut the desired length, wrap it around the neck and tie a knot or bow at the neck.

Does the string fit the pendant?

Yes. Choose pendants with a hole that fits a 3mm cord. You will find a large selection of pendants at Beadhouse.

Can I buy other lengths?

This variant is supplied in 1.5 m per unit. If you want more, you can put more units in the basket.

Sustainable packaging

Our boxes are Danish produced and made from FSC-certified paper. We use biodegradable chips, they are made of corn granules - a residual product of maize. Thus, waste is minimized by production and the environment is taken into account. We also use paper bags, as well as sugar cane bags. As well as FSC-certified gift boxes, write a note if you need a gift box.

We don't send packages on Sundays!

GLS
If you order with GLS, the package will be delivered to a parcel shop near you. There is also insurance on the package and the goods you buy.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days.

PostNord
It is also possible to order by PostNord for delivery at home, or delivery, then the package will be delivered to the nearest post office or parcel box.
The delivery time is 2-3 business days.

NOTE! The delivery time for the packages is excluding the processing time so if you need to use your goods before a specific date, just notify.

Return
The return process varies depending on the delivery of return to the store. When the products arrive in the store, the return will be credited the same day and the money will come back to your account in a few days.

When returning products purchased in the store, it is only possible to get the money back at the amount of less than DKK 50.

You can return your products for 30 days after purchase.
