Maintenance

If you want to get the most out of your gold-plated pieces of jewellery, store them dry and undamaged, preferably in a closed bag. Avoid contact with water, sweat and perfume, as gold-plated brass is sensitive to moisture and chemicals. Wipe off any fingerprints with a soft, dry cloth after use.

Can I use the bead rods for all types of beads?

Yes, as long as the bead hole fits the rod's diameter of 0.5mm. They work best with smaller and medium sized beads.

Contains the package both pearl rods and locks?

No, this item only contains pearl wands with an eye. Locks and other jewelry parts are purchased separately.

Is gold-plated brass the same as real gold?

No, gold-plated brass consists of a base of brass with a thin layer of gold on top. It gives the color and appearance of gold, but the material must be treated more gently.

Sustainable packaging

Our boxes are Danish produced and made from FSC-certified paper. We use biodegradable chips, they are made of corn granules - a residual product of maize. Thus, waste is minimized by production and the environment is taken into account. We also use paper bags, as well as sugar cane bags. As well as FSC-certified gift boxes, write a note if you need a gift box.

We don't send packages on Sundays!

If you order with GLS, the package will be delivered to a parcel shop near you. There is also insurance on the package and the goods you buy.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days.

PostNord
It is also possible to order by PostNord for delivery at home, or delivery, then the package will be delivered to the nearest post office or parcel box.
The delivery time is 2-3 business days.

NOTE! The delivery time for the packages is excluding the processing time so if you need to use your goods before a specific date, just notify.

Return
The return process varies depending on the delivery of return to the store. When the products arrive in the store, the return will be credited the same day and the money will come back to your account in a few days.

When returning products purchased in the store, it is only possible to get the money back at the amount of less than DKK 50.

You can return your products for 30 days after purchase.
